About Energy Storage NL

The importance of energy storage is rapidly increasing in the transition towards a fully sustainable and clean energy supply. Energy storage will become vital for a reliable and affordable energy system. Energy Storage NL represents the interests of Dutch companies and organizations that develop, manufacture and apply innovative storage technologies. We do so by initiating and contributing to projects and studies on the application of Energy Storage. Through these efforts, we aim at bringing Energy Storage to attention in politics, the media and at events. This helps us to remove obstructive rules and regulations that hamper the development of energy storage. We furthermore organize regular meetings with a sophisticated network consisting of academics, research institutions, (energy) companies and system operators active in the field of energy storage. Energy Storage NL is an initiative of FME, powered by Dutch Technology.
