About Entrelacs
Entrelacs builds the measurement layer for workforce brain capital: the cognitive capacity, adaptability and resilience that organizations depend on in the AI era and could not measure until now. We start with social connection, the determinant of brain health with the strongest evidence base and the lowest measurement burden. Our engine, Lacis, reconstructs each person's own connection profile across 44 domains (26 in life, 18 at work) instead of scoring them against a population average. It then identifies their Key Connection Signature and the single Connection Keystone where support will make the biggest difference. Employees use Entrelacs as a private mirror. A short conversation returns something useful the same day: a personal report, a plain-language explanation and a next step they can act on. Their answers stay theirs. Nothing individual reaches a manager or HR. Leaders see patterns at team level. Signals are aggregated across groups of at least ten people and show where connection is eroding, where burnout and turnover risk is building, and which existing benefits to point where. Entrelacs fits inside the Total Rewards budgets that already fund engagement surveys and assistance programs with low usage. The science comes from Annecy Behavioral Science Lab: 354 in-depth interviews across eight countries and 9,032 articles screened in seven languages, coded into a cross-cultural model of connection and loneliness. Entrelacs holds the exclusive commercial license and filed a US provisional patent in 2026. Founded in 2025 in Saint-Jorioz, France, Entrelacs is Bpifrance deep-tech qualified, an NVIDIA Inception member, based at Village by CA des Savoie, and was a finalist of the EU-Startups Summit 2026 pitch competition (15 of 1,600+ applicants). We are working with a first cohort of design partners in Europe and the United States.
