About Epassi Italia

For over twenty years, we have been committed to improving people’s lives—at work and beyond. We were born in Vercelli in 2002 as Eudaimon, one of the first Italian pioneers in corporate welfare, and from the very beginning we believed that people’s well-being is a strategic value for both organizations and society as a whole. Over time, we have built an increasingly comprehensive offering: flexible benefits plans, people care services, intercompany and territorial welfare projects, as well as communication and training support for employees. Today, we support companies across Italy with solutions designed to foster engagement and strengthen organizational well-being. Since 2017, we have partnered with Censis to produce the Censis–Eudaimon Report, an observatory that explores the evolution of corporate welfare and the emerging needs of workers and organizations. We believe that research is essential to designing effective, people-centered initiatives. We are also founding members of AIWA, the Italian Corporate Welfare Association, created to promote a more aware and widespread welfare culture. Over the years, we chose to further strengthen our social commitment by becoming a Benefit Corporation and obtaining B Corp certification—because we believe that an organization’s value is also measured by its positive impact on communities and territories. In 2023, a new chapter began: we joined the Epassi Group, the European leader in digital employee benefit solutions. This journey led us, in 2026, to become Epassi Italia and expand our vision even further. Our work is grounded in three core principles: personalization, to meet diverse and evolving needs; simplicity, to ensure an accessible and intuitive welfare experience; and authenticity, because we believe in a welfare approach that truly reflects the values of the people and organizations we support.
