Equilibria Leadership Consulting was founded by Dr. Nicole Lipkin, Psy.D., M.B.A. to help companies, executives, entrepreneurs, leaders, managers and emerging leaders do just that. Whether it be through coaching, a development program, training or working with companies to help put the structures in place to aid and support their people, we help our clients understand where they are, where they want and need to be and co-create the roadmap to get from here to there. Although technical skill and knowledge is key, it is often the opportunity to develop one’s leadership capabilities that make a manager, executive, or emerging leader transition from average to outstanding.
