ETL Advisory helps leaders steer aviation and mission-driven organizations through their hardest transitions. Founded by Travis Wright, a Master Army Aviator, former National Guard Bureau and White House leader, and management consultant, ETL brings operator-grade judgment to strategy, operating model, and the coalition and stakeholder work that turns a plan into execution.
