About Evelia – field service management for the trades

Evelia is field service management software for electrical, plumbing and heating, refrigeration and construction contractors. Everything attaches to the job. Hours, materials, photos, forms and the invoice all sit on the same job, so the same information is never entered twice and nothing is invoiced from memory. Engineers record hours and materials on site from their phone, and the job is invoice-ready by the time it is finished. The software covers quoting and cost estimation, job and project management, purchase invoices and re-invoicing of materials, time tracking, forms and electronic signatures, project cost tracking and margin, and invoicing. It runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install. Evelia was founded in 2018 and the software is built in Turku, Finland, where support comes from the same people who develop it. We are currently piloting with electrical contractors in the UK. evelia.co.uk
