Welcome to Exeter Science Park where we work with our shareholders – Devon County Council, East Devon District Council, Exeter City Council and the University of Exeter - to deliver high-value jobs, enhanced productivity and economic growth. We have a range of high quality EPC + A rated offices and laboratories available to let ranging from 350 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft. Please call us to arrange a viewing. We are home to over 48 businesses working in sectors including; Digital & AI, SaaS, Lifesciences, Medical & Healthcare, Engineering, Environmental Technologies and Defence & Cybersecurity. Working with the SETsquared Partnership, we help innovative science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medical (STEMM) companies to deliver extraordinary growth by hosting them in award-winning buildings, mentoring them and connecting them to business services and funding. By 2035, we estimate that there will be over 3,500 client staff on site. But Exeter Science Park is much more than just workspace and laboratories and our location at junction 29 of the M5 makes Exeter Science Park the perfect place to network and meet with colleagues in our café or seminar rooms, both of which are open to the public.
