Eyes On Joules originated from the simple but maddening frustration: Why is it so hard to get straight answers as a new investor or business founder? Setting up an LLC, figuring out the best investment strategy and navigating tax implications felt impossible without a law degree and a CPA. How do you make sure your business structure is set up properly? It seemed impossible to do it alone. Real estate is one of the oldest industries in the world – it’s literally a fight over dirt. But that dirt holds people’s futures, financial freedom and even a legacy. The problem? There’s no instruction manual telling you the step-by-step. I kept thinking: There should be someone who helps connect the dots… a business manager combination investment coach. When I couldn’t find that person, I became that person. As a result, Eyes On Joules came into being.
