Founded in 1957 in Montecchio Maggiore (VI) and now controlled by the private equity fund Bain Capital, our company has been partnering with the world's leading pharmaceutical companies for 70 years in the development and production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), the essence of therapeutic effects for people. With over 2,200 employees in Italy across sites in Montecchio Maggiore, Termoli, and Lonigo, and a commercial presence in the USA, Japan, China and India, we are a key international partner in Contract Development and Manufacturing (CDMO), specializing in Custom, Generic, and Animal Health products. Thanks to our production capacity and the expertise of over 250 Research & Development specialists, we can offer integrated solutions, from optimizing synthesis processes to scale-up and large-scale production for commercial quantities.
