Fabric+ is the economic development and design unit within AT Arkitektur. Our developers work with our clients and partners to improve communities, cities and regions through analysis, design and collaboration - on the back of evidence of what works. We know that the best developments happen based on a place's inherent (and often unidentified) strengths and resources. We believe developments should seek to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of locals, and be economically and environmentally sustainable over time.
