About Dr. Blied - Faces of Health - A Psychological Corporation

Faces of Health is an integrative health-psychology private practice in California. At Faces of Health, I help people who are living with chronic illnesses to experience less suffering by providing them with research-based tools and education to improve their mind and body health. This includes: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Biofeedback, Brainspotting, EMDR, Breath-work training, and education about the Mind-Body and Gut-Brain connections. In 2021, I began expanding my reach by developing a globally-accessible, mobile App named "Faces of Health," and 5-session Masterclass "The Neuroscience of Stress Management." These products provide science-based strategies for mental health, wellness, and chronic disease management. These tools help people with chronic illnesses to rewire their brains to experience less physical stress and emotional pain, and make room for more calm, joy, and meaning in life.
