Fathm is an independent media lab and news consultancy, founded by Fergus Bell and Tom Trewinnard. Since its launch in 2019, Fathm has supported clients around the globe to improve impact and efficiency and make use of emerging technologies such as generative AI, automation, and direct publishing (RCS). Fathm’s growing team has facilitated pioneering Journalism Design Sprints around climate journalism, mis and disinformation, and editorial content strategies. Meanwhile, Fathm Studio, our digital creative branch, has delivered bespoke visual content on everything from infodemic management to impactful digital and social media campaigns.
