About FCS Compliance
FCS Compliance helps firms regulated under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 stay inspection-ready: AML audits, firm-wide risk assessments, policies and procedures, CPD-certified training and fully outsourced customer due diligence. WHAT CHANGED IN 2026 The Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Amendment) Regulations 2026 came into force on 30 June 2026, and HMRC published its consolidated guidance manual on 8 July. Thresholds moved into sterling, mandatory geographic enhanced due diligence narrowed to the FATF Call for Action list, and HMRC now expressly expects training at least annually.
