Fichte, Endl & Elmer Eyecare is a leader in Western New York (WNY) eye care since 1980 . We were the very first practice in WNY to offer LASIK and the first to perform Laser Cataract Surgery. Our team of Board Certified Ophthalmologists & talented Optometrists strive to deliver outstanding & compassionate patient care as well as an exceptional patient journey. With a staff of over 85 team members we work out of 2 offices and 2 surgical sites. In 2016 we opened the first privately owned free standing Ambulatory Surgery Center in Niagara County.
