About Ficus Education
Ficus Education partners with independent Chick-fil-A Operators to help them invest in their teams through education. Through our partnerships with University of the Cumberlands and Kaplan, eligible team members can access more than 120 online degree programs, university certificates and GED, ACT and SAT preparation. We make education benefits simple to offer by providing implementation support, enrollment resources and ongoing partnership, allowing Operators to focus on leading their restaurants while we help support their teams. Our goal is simple: remove barriers to education, create opportunities for working adults and help Operators develop the leaders of tomorrow.
