About Fig Tree International
This school/academy support service has been established to give schools/academies the opportunity to purchase additional support and to provide high-quality training and help. We offer leadership support, school improvement, coaching and mentoring, training and CPD, conferences and events, independent schools standards and compliance, international educational development and corporate leadership training. Our most extensive areas of work are: - Executive Coaching for CEOs, Central Team staff, Executive Leaders, Principals (both in the UK and Internationally) and other senior leaders - Leadership Programmes for senior and middle leaders - Executive Leadership Programme for diverse leaders - The RACE Charter Mark accreditation for schools and colleges - Partnering MATs and LA with their strategic work around Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, including the accreditation to the MAT level award. - Support for public and private schools - Keynotes, both national and international
