FIMC exists to help individuals and their families mitigate common financial disruptions. It does so by creating benefit plans that fill gaps in consumers’ auto and home insurance, and embedding those plans into the point-of-sale of its business partners (e.g. lenders, online insurance aggregators, and PEOs). FIMC utilizes its turnkey fintech platform to do so, and it also manages all customer fulfillment and servicing (member portal, app, U.S. call center). This has resulted in FIMC becoming a trusted and validated partner to many top-tier distribution partners, including four public companies, who sell its plans across the U.S. and Canada. Celebrating its 50th year in business, the company currently has a membership base of >700,000 households.
