Finlay Fine Jewelry is one of the leading retailers of fine jewelry and the largest operator of licensed fine jewelry departments in department stores throughout the United States. We have two operating segments - department store based fine jewelry departments and stand-alone jewelry stores. Founded in 1887, New York-based Finlay operates in 691 department store locations in the United States, 33 Carlyle specialty jewelry stores and five Congress specialty stores as of November 3, 2007. In addition, the Company acquired 70 Bailey Banks & Biddle specialty jewelry stores in November 2007. Grand Metropolitan acquired the brand in 2012.
