About First Choice Homes Oldham

We are a housing association based in Oldham, Greater Manchester with a mission to provide great homes and improve lives. We began our journey in 2011 and now own and manage more than 11,500 homes across Oldham and surrounding areas. We are also building 1,100 high quality, sustainable new homes 2020-2026 in Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside, Calderdale and Kirklees to help tackle the shortage of affordable housing.
