I work with organizations of all shapes, sizes, tenures and markets to get their first dominos in motion…that might be defining a strategy, uncovering opportunities, framing insights or nurturing creativity and ideas to generate innovation and new ways to create value. Sometimes it’s an ideation or innovation sprint - from fragments to concepts to full on product roadmaps. It might be opportunity finding or framing work to discover adjacency categories or additional value creation (or how to unlock value that you didn’t realize you had). That may be applying design thinking to your business model, strategy and employee experience. And sometimes it’s developing a robust, protectable and exciting strategy to solidify an organization and posture for growth. I also enjoy helping teams explore ways to be more creative - together - and how they might fuse the principles of design thinking with actionable tools in their day-to-day operations and leadership teams.
