Founded in 2008, First Standard Construction, Inc is an organization that provides general contracting services as well as construction management to the New York City area. We set ourselves apart with a specialty in interior renovation, building envelope enlargement and ground-up construction of mixed-use buildings.  We are dedicated in providing quality construction, technical detailing and management services to all of our customers. We strive to implement a long term relationship with clients, based on safety, quality, timely service and an anticipation of their needs. To help fulfill this mission we treat all of our clients, employees, and vendors fairly. We involve them in the quality improvement process to assure responsiveness and cost effective work execution. First Standard has a track record of continued client satisfaction.
