Flick Gocke Schaumburg is an independent partnership of lawyers, tax advisors and auditors working with more than 320 professionals from offices in Berlin, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart and Zurich. We stand for highly qualified interdisciplinary advice at the interfaces of tax law and business law as well as auditing and valuation. We offer tax-focused legal advice: Our lawyers, tax advisors and auditors work together in multidisciplinary teams on most complex legal matters often with particular tax impacts. Our client base includes listed stock corporations, including the majority of DAX stocks, German and international corporations, larger family businesses and medium-sized companies, private clients, foundations, associations and public corporations. We maintain close personal contacts with many excellent colleagues abroad who have been tried and tested through joint work. This enables us to advise our clients quickly and efficiently, even in complex cross-border matters. Since 2016, Flick Gocke Schaumburg has been the exclusive German member of Taxand, the world's largest association of independent tax consulting firms. Around 400 partners and more than 2,000 tax consultants and tax lawyers in 50 member companies offer tax (legal) advice in over 100 countries.
