The Florida Incident Management Teams Foundation strengthens statewide resilience by building capacity to support specialized emergency management teams serving Florida communities on their worst days. FIMTF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports Florida’s All-Hazards Incident Management Teams and related emergency management professionals through education, outreach, resource development, public-private collaboration, and initiatives that enhance disaster response preparedness, operational readiness, and community resilience. Our mission is to help create clarity from chaos by supporting the people, teams, and systems that manage complex incidents, emergencies, and disasters across Florida.
