Cesare Varallo is a food lawyer in Italy and a global advisor on food safety, food labeling, and food regulatory issues. In July 2013 he founded the blog www.foodlawlatest.com and his independent law firm. Food Law Latest is an open source of information around food law, regulation and business and is operating on all main social media.
