About Forensic Testing Service - Drug, Alcohol and DNA Testing & Expert Reporting
FTS - Forensic Testing Service provides a specialist level of forensic investigation, testing and reporting in child protection cases where drugs and alcohol are a contributing factor. Our best practice approach involves reporting all findings in context, taking in to account all factors, including hair colour, hair treatment and passive exposure. Our aim is to provide the best possible tools for child protection professionals. The right result is critical in child protection. It’s not as simple as a positive or negative test result. Many factors can affect the accuracy and authenticity of a drug test, and at FTS we are committed to understanding all of the evidence and getting to the truth. The well-being of a child is at the heart of what we do. False positive and false negative drug tests can have devastating consequences for families. Our unique forensic investigation techniques support our customers in making the right decisions.
