About Forging People
Some people have a lot to say. They just haven't found the words yet. At Forging People, we believe finding your voice is not about becoming a better performer. It is about becoming a more authentic, confident version of yourself in the conversations that actually matter. Founded by award-winning mental health and keynote speaker Nick Elston, everything we do is grounded in lived experience. Not theory. Practical, human tools that develop communication, build presence and create lasting impact. We bring together a team of leading experts across wellbeing and speaking, and we work with individuals, leaders, teams and organisations across corporate, education, frontline services and reform settings. What We Do Programmes include the VIP Voice and Impact Programme and Go Pro: The Business of Speaking, also available as a one-day 1:1 intensive, alongside Speak Your Future for schools and education, and Rewrite Your Story for prisons and reform settings. Find Your Voice, LIVE! is our flagship in-person event, a full day built around story, message, resilience and presence, bringing our methodology to life for anyone ready to step fully into their voice. Find Your Voice is also available as a workshop for organisations, teams and away days. Speaking Academy is our internal accelerator for corporates and organisations, built to develop communication and presence capability from within. Licensing and Certification allows organisations and facilitators to deliver our programmes and workshops at scale, across their own teams and sectors. When people find their voice, things change. This is not a concept. This is a choice.
