Formation Consultancy helps universities, funders and public organisations tackle a growing challenge: How do you manage risk, strengthen governance and protect collaboration without undermining culture? Our work sits at the intersection of: - research culture - governance and assurance - research security and trusted research These are often treated as separate agendas. But in practice, they are tightly connected and when they are misaligned, organisations feel it in how decisions are made, how risk is managed, and how people experience the system. We help organisations align people, policy and risk by strengthening each of these pillars and bringing them together in practice.
