Fortenova Group is a privately owned Croatian holding company that develops its business operations across four core sectors: retail, wholesale, logistics, and real estate. The Group operates across five markets in Southeastern Europe—Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Montenegro. Employing over 38,000 people, it stands as one of the largest private employers in the region. The Group features the region’s leading retail network, comprising more than 2,600 points of sale backed by robust logistical support, operating under well-known market brands such as Konzum, Mercator, Idea, and Tisak.
