Forward Community Investments (FCI) is a statewide Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that provides mission-driven capital and capacity-building resources to projects and organizations working to expand economic opportunity in Wisconsin. Since 1994, FCI has delivered innovative, accessible financing to support affordable housing, community facilities, education, and small business development. Our investments are designed to strengthen communities, build local capacity, and support the people and places that are often overlooked by traditional financial systems.
