About FranceAgriMer

FranceAgriMer is a national establishment for agriculture and sea products, under the authority of the French Ministry for Agriculture. It is a management and arbitration tool, a platform dedicated to the fostering of strategic thinking and exchanges of nformation and ideas between French Agriculture and Fishery sectors. Ours missions The French agriculture and fishery sectors are facing many challenges: feeding the planet, preserving the environment, increasing economic performances, in particular exports. As a service provider, FranceAgriMer: - monitors markets and provides an economic expertise, helping operators in the agriculture and sea sectors to design development strategies; - ensures cooperation and close dialogue between the eleven specialized Committees for the different sectors and monitors the implementation of government policies within these Committees; - Monitors the organization of producers and their cooperation with the administrative regions; - monitors market regulation instruments and manages national and EU subsidies; - Takes part in technical cooperation activities and helps promoting French sectors abroad
