Ashley Barwick of Fraxinus Business Associates - is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, having qualified in 2002. Ashley went on to gain a Cert.Ed. in Post-Compulsory Education and Training before moving in to Legal Practice Management in 2009. Ashley's background in the day to day operations of legal practice utilises an outcome and solution-focused approach, combining practical skills, knowledge and pragmatism. Strategic, Organisational and Financial Risk Management, as well as Compliance, are high on the agenda. In particular, the Law Society Practice Management Standard - Lexcel. Quoting in one firm's flawless Lexcel Report, a Lexcel Assessor said of Ashley, "His attention to detail was meticulous". Additionally, Ashley is familiar with public funding contract requirements and has successfully prepared numerous Legal Aid Contract tender bids. Similarly, he has overseen many Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) re-accreditations. Ashley has successfully completed Law Society Lexcel Consultant Training with a 100% pass mark. Latterly, he has resumed research to compliment his certificated hypnotherapy practitioner status to include; sports psychology, mindfulness and well-being. In his spare time, Ashley enjoys keeping fit, having completed Iron Man distance triathlons, marathons and other competitive events in running, swimming and cycling over the years. He is a former Chairman of his local running club (but that's not to say he doesn't enjoy a real ale pint or two at a canalside pub when not caravanning in France). Whatever the weather, Ashley has a love of anything that gets him outdoors and away from all home DIY-related activities.
