Freixenet’s story stems from the Penedès region of Spain, where our first Cava was released in 1914. With similarly humble roots, Mionetto’s heritage sprouted in the heart of the Italian Prosecco region in 1887 and was the brand that introduced Prosecco to the United States in 1998. Today, we both continue our tradition of innovation and providing quality, premium wines.
