When your home or property is damaged, the insurance company assigns a professional adjuster to interpret the policy and price the loss on their side. You are expected to do the same alone. Most homeowners shouldn't have to. That's the gap we close. We represent policyholders, and that is the only side we are ever on. Our work is three jobs in one engagement: 1. Understand the policy. We read it line by line. Coverages, endorsements, sublimits, ordinance and law, ALE, and depreciation language all change what you are actually owed. 2. Value the damage. We document the full scope of loss, including the items easy to overlook, and price it using the same software and standards the carrier's adjuster uses. 3. Handle the claim. Inspections, paperwork, the carrier's adjuster, follow-ups, and negotiation all run through us. You stay informed without managing the file yourself. One goal: the claim you are owed. We work on contingency. We are paid a percentage of the recovery, capped by Texas law at 10% of claim proceeds, and every fee is quoted and agreed in writing before any work begins. What we handle: hail and wind, storm, fire and smoke, water and freeze, commercial and multifamily, and denied or underpaid claims.
