About Fulcrum Care Limited
Fulcrum Care helps care homes to improve. With support and guidance about CQC regulations, management issues and operational matters, care home owners and managers in England and Wales can receive great CQC assessments that will attract potential residents. Our specialist consultants, advisers and managers help turn around failing care homes. We take homes from ‘inadequate’ or ‘requires improvement’ to ‘good’ and ‘outstanding’. Through consultancy and audits, we determine what a care home operator needs to do to improve. We then advise on the steps needed or will put a manager in place to personally oversee improvements in levels of care, safety, leadership, responsiveness and effectiveness. We can also challenge an unfair CQC inspection report or assessment. We have successfully helped care homes to do this, allowing them to continue to run a profitable care home business
