WHAT I DO I come alongside frazzled mums like you who are doing the impossible, daily. Working with me gives you a long-term boost, enabling you to craft a life you love and a way to access your capable self. HOW DO I DO IT? I am qualified with the International Coaching Federation. I also have a difficult birthing story having experienced giving birth prematurely, loss of a baby, post-natal depression and post-partum psychosis. All of these experiences have shaped how I show up as a mum and are reflected in how I coach. I've enabled hundreds of mums to gain confidence, increase their self-belief, make big decisions, bring about change and become strong leaders in their families. It is possible to feel calm, in control and organised, to connect well with those around you and to confidently boss the mum juggle.
