Developing the human performance that drives business performance
About Future Talent Learning
Future Talent Learning helps organisations turn AI, data, management and transformation capability into better performance through fully funded apprenticeship pathways. We believe organisations get the greatest value from AI and data when people have the confidence, judgement and management capability to use them well. That is why FTL programmes combine technical capability with the human and management skills needed to apply it in real work — with customers, colleagues, teams, services and stakeholders. Our levy-funded pathways help employers build capability in four connected areas: • AI-enabled working and digital productivity • data, insight and evidence-led decisions • management capability for better delivery and performance • transformation, improvement and change Every programme is built around live workplace application. Colleagues learn through practical work-based missions, expert coaching, peer learning and personalised support from Mentarri, FTL’s AI learning platform. This means development is not separate from performance. It helps colleagues improve how work gets done while they build recognised capability. FTL pathways include: • full apprenticeship levy funding for eligible employers • nationally recognised apprenticeship qualifications • Microsoft-recognised AI certification for every learner • Institute of Leadership accreditation • approx. 4 hours protected learning time per week • extensive 1:1 coaching and highly supported delivery • neuro-inclusive design and structured learner support Our award-winning programmes achieve a 100% pass rate and 85% distinction rate across all pathways. We work with organisations across the public and private sectors to build practical capability people can use immediately — and the confidence, judgement and skills needed to perform in an AI-enabled world. www.futuretalentlearning.com
