As an alternative staffing agency, we recruit, employ, and support individuals with disabilities who are eager to work and striving to realize their full employment potential. In 1998, we founded Galt Foundation with a simple goal: to provide, promote and expand employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Since our beginnings in Salem, we have expanded our work throughout Oregon, Oklahoma and Delaware.
