GameChanger was founded in Luxembourg in 2016 by Stéphane Brun, a former wealth management professional within the private bank Edmond de Rothschild. That origin is the firm. We did not come to executive search from recruitment. We came to it from inside finance, from the desks where these decisions are actually made.We know what a Conducting Officer carries, and which mandates are career-defining rather than a dead end. A boutique: permanent, mid-to-executive appointments across the Luxembourg funds industry — asset managers, AIFMs, ManCos, depositaries and fund administrators. A limited number of mandates each year, every one run personally by the founder. Nothing delegated, nothing advertised. An advertised role reaches whoever happens to be looking that week. Our work begins with the rest: the person already doing the job well elsewhere, who would move only if the right person put it to them properly.
