About GESOBAU AG
Als städtisches Wohnungsbauunternehmen leistet die GESOBAU mit rund 550 Mitarbeiter*innen aktiv ihren Beitrag, um in der dynamisch wachsenden Stadt auch in Zukunft bezahlbaren Wohnraum bereitzustellen. Seit 2014 bauen wir wieder neu und erweitern durch Neubau und Ankauf unseren Bestand, der bis 2026 auf ca. 52.000 Wohnungen anwachsen wird. Derzeit bewirtschaften wir rund 48.500 eigene Wohnungen, vornehmlich im Berliner Norden.
