AI-native financial guidance, built for the enterprise and every end user.
About Candidly
Candidly was founded in 2016 with a clear mission: help Americans move beyond debt and into wellness and wealth. We started with student debt because the need was undeniable. Millions of Americans are saddled with student loans, and candidly, no one was helping: not at the bank, not at work, not anywhere the technology had caught up to the size of the problem. So we stepped up. But debt doesn't exist in isolation. Repaying student debt, paying for college, building savings, and planning for retirement are all connected, so we expanded to address the full picture of financial wellbeing — earning the trust of the employers, recordkeepers, and financial institutions already serving America's workforce, by clearing some of the industry's highest security and compliance bars. AI has always been core to how we build, and nearly a decade spent defining what's new, now, and next in financial wellness made accelerating it the natural next step. In 2025, we launched the Candidly Intelligence Center, a sophisticated backend system that coordinates specialized AI agents across financial domains, and introduced Cait, our Conversational AI Tool for personalized guidance. Every chapter of our story has been in service of the mission we set out to achieve in 2016, expanding our reach through innovation and excellence. And today, as the category leader in AI-native financial guidance, we're extending our impact further than ever. To learn more, visit www.getcandidly.com.
