About VPO

VPO is project management software designed for organizations that own and manage capital projects. We help owners and their project teams bring project information, workflows, documents, and reporting together in one place, creating greater visibility across individual projects and the broader capital program. Built around the needs of the owner, VPO helps organizations improve visibility across projects, standardize project management processes, strengthen collaboration with contractors and consultants, reduce time spent tracking down information and compiling reports, and give leaders more timely information for decision-making. VPO brings more than 40 years of project management experience to the way we approach technology. Our roots began in project management consulting and the implementation of CPM scheduling systems. That experience eventually led us to develop VPO around a challenge we repeatedly saw: owners needed a better way to coordinate the people, information, and processes involved in delivering complex capital projects. Today, VPO works with organizations across manufacturing and industrial, public infrastructure, higher education, healthcare, and other capital-intensive environments. Rather than requiring every organization to manage projects the same way, VPO is configured around the processes, workflows, and information its teams need. Our team works directly with customers during implementation and continues to support them as their project management needs evolve. VPO is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE).
