About Girls Leadership

Girls Leadership equips schools and youth serving organizations with the resources and training to create environments where girls exercise the power of their voice and are inspired to lead. Our approach is based on the belief that girls are born powerful, and that they need to be able to come of age in communities that value and celebrate that power. We are proud to partner with teachers, youth development professionals, family service providers, and sports educators who share this belief. Our work is structured around four central values: Authentic Communication, Courageous Growth, Belonging + Inclusion, and Play.
