Gleann Mòr Spirits is an independent, Edinburgh‑based spirits producer dedicated to crafting distinctive, premium drinks with uncompromising quality. Founded in 2015, the business has grown from humble beginnings in a family kitchen, a small warehouse and still room in Leith — Edinburgh’s historic distilling district — and in 2024, a move to a purpose fitted warehouse and production facility on Edinburgh's outskirts. Our portfolio celebrates both tradition and innovation. From Rare Find single‑cask Scotch whiskies — sourced from sought‑after distilleries and bottled only when each cask reaches perfection — to our expressive blended malts, award‑winning gins, rums, and flavoured vodkas, every spirit is crafted to exacting standards. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t compromise. We bottle many whiskies at cask strength, avoid artificial colouring, and embrace modern distillation techniques to protect the integrity of flavour and aroma. From our HQ, complete with on‑site bottling, our team is constantly exploring new ideas, new flavours, and new ways to share the joys of great spirits.
