The Way To My Heart provide education, high-touch, advocacy, and real-time support for patients with peripheral artery disease, restricted blood flow in mainly the leg arteries, that if left untreated, can increase risk for heart attack, stroke, and amputation. We are the P.A.D. navigators helping to remove logistical, financial, and emotional barriers to receiving timely, effective limb and life-saving care.
