Global Power Services is a high-voltage (HV) cable installation and jointing specialist operating in the power and utilities infrastructure sector. With decades of experience across the team we are firmly established as a trusted partner to tier 1 operators servicing the onshore and offshore power distribution networks across the UK and Europe. As a long term preferred framework contractor, we are a key supplier to the build out and upgrade of the UK power networks - including high-voltage commissioning for renewable energy projects. Since 2008 we have delivered a range of HV cable schemes (up to 400kV) for all major network providers, including National Grid, Western Power Distribution, Northern Power Grid, Scottish & Southern Energy (SSE) and UK Power Networks. With teams based across the UK and Europe, Global Power Services is part of the GEG Capital group. Our core capabilities include Project Management, Duct & Cable Installation, Cable Jointing, Project Planning, Testing Fibre Installation, Shot Blasting, Complex Steelwork Installations and Civil & Foundation Installation.
