About Gnutti Carlo Group
Gnutti Carlo was founded in 1922 as a manufacturer of components for the agricultural sector. From the very beginning, the company has been led by the Gnutti family, which continues to play an active role in the management and development of the Group. Over the decades, the company has successfully evolved through a series of strategic transformations. In the mid-1980s, it shifted its focus to the automotive sector, laying the foundations for its future growth. During this period, Gnutti Carlo developed its expertise in engine components, with a particular focus on rocker arms and diesel injection systems. In 2014, the Group expanded its capabilities through the acquisition of Ljunghäll, a leading manufacturer of aluminum components, establishing the Light Metals Division. Four years later, the acquisition of TCG Unitech further strengthened the Group's core business by adding expertise in die-cast components, plastic injection molding and pump systems. Today, with more than a century of industrial experience, Gnutti Carlo is a trusted partner to leading OEMs worldwide and an established player in the global automotive industry. The Group continues to benefit from strong family leadership, a long-term strategic vision and a global industrial network spanning nine countries. With around 4,000 employees, its growth is driven by reliability, operational excellence, innovation and strategic acquisitions.
