About Go Beyond Project

We have founded the Go Beyond Project to equip company leaders, HR professionals and Work Evolutionists with the contemporary tools, skills and mindset that are needed to lead organizations towards a journey of becoming more adaptive and flexible. You can participate on our internationally accredited solution-focused organization design courses face-to-face and online and become a Certified Organizational Design Professional (CODP). Currently we are offering a 10 days over 5 months Native in Change course in different European locations and online, and also tailor-made versions for in-company training programs for internal work evolutionists. We believe organization design should be a competency in every organization. We also have a course for you, when you are already using our unique approach and would like to further deepen your knowledge in our also internationally accredited Master in Change course.
