About Goff Policy

Founded in 2019 by Eric Goff, Goff Policy helps clients navigate complex issues and launch projects that shape the future of energy and infrastructure in Texas and beyond. We focus on the energy transition and its impact on the U.S. economy and its critical systems. Our clients—including trade associations, developers, investors, utilities, municipalities, and consumers—turn to us for strategic insights, expert guidance, and effective political and regulatory advocacy. Eric was previously appointed by the Texas Office of Public Utility Counsel to represent residential consumers at ERCOT, and has served on various nonprofit boards related to housing and transportation.
