Goldline Consultancy is a UK cyber governance and AI governance practice based in Leicester. We work with regulated organisations, startups and scaleups, and defence-adjacent suppliers that need a control evidenced rather than described. We are usually brought in where the delivery risk and the assurance risk turn out to be the same risk: ▸ Cloud migrations and data centre exits, where the migration plan and the security case have to move together or the go-live slips ▸ Secure infrastructure builds for environments that get inspected rather than assumed to be sound ▸ AI adoption programmes, where governance is designed alongside the rollout instead of retrofitted to it afterwards ▸ Certification programmes: ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and Cyber Essentials ▸ Defence Cyber Certification and DEFSTAN 05-138 readiness for organisations in the MOD supply chain ▸ Ongoing managed compliance, once a certificate exists and has to stay current Every engagement is delivered personally by the founder at senior level. There is no junior staffing model, because at the size of organisation we work with there is nothing for a junior to be supervised by. The practice is led by an ISO 42001 Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor and ISO 27001 Senior Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor, CISSP, PMP and SC cleared, with over a decade delivering cyber, cloud and infrastructure programmes across defence, central government, big tech, automotive manufacturing and public health.
