With a simple model of Donate – Shop – Recycle – Train – Work, Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina helps individuals in our community overcome the barriers that separate them from gainful, long-term employment. We provide free job training workshops and digital skills courses, specialized certifications and licensures, an intensive reentry program helping individuals with justice involvement to re-enter the workforce, mobile career services, local sustainability and recycling initiatives, and more through the revenue we make in our retail stores and donation centers. Together, we improve lives and enrich communities through the power of work.
